Taming of The Shrew, Part 2 Cover Page
Among the many artistic tangents that were pursued during the course of writing this screenplay was creation of the fake quarto title page that Ellis carts around in his metal briefcase. Other than having a reference when describing this item when Ellis first shows it to Lauren, this wasn’t used for much. Shown below is the title page that was created for Shrew 2. Normally, a quarto would not likely have been created for an unstaged play, hence the “never staled with the stage” note.
